In celebration of the Autumn Equinox, join us September 23-24, 2023 for a multi-modality retreat featuring integrated energy, meditation, movement, sound, breath, ceremony & connection.”

Ground
We will start with a grounding meditation, leading us into an active, conscious connected breathwork journey.

Connect
Throughout the day we will have a drumming and movement circle, sound bath, cacao ceremony & fresh meals curated to guide you through this experience.

Integrate
The second day we will wake with Yoga to bring us back to our bodies, spend time integrating and connecting with a closing circle.
When we come together
Join five highly skilled practitioners with experience in energy work, nutrition, yoga, plant ceremonies, shamanic work, sound therapy & so much more. Our group sessions will span the course of the weekend, with ample time for rest, exploration & integration as well as additional individual sessions & services available at an additional cost by our teachers & practitioners. Accommodations at a well known North State shaman's developing Co-Housing Community in scenic Oak Run, California.
Bridging the gap between camp & home.
Come Glamping with us! Guests will stay in furnished Bell Tents with three twin beds in each tent. Oak Run is lovely in September and we will be enjoying activities under large shade trees, and in a temperature controlled Yurt. Professionally prepared meals have been designed thoughtfully to guide and support you throughout this journey. Taking into account different dietary choices we have provided whole food meals for lunch and dinner Saturday and breakfast on Sunday.
Retreat runs from 9am Saturday to 12pm Sunday.
Additional Services
Some practitioners & teachers will be offering individual sessions, & services throughout the retreat for an additional cost.
These are optional and will be done during meal/rest times. You will be able to sign up for these during the event, but re-reservation is recommended.

If you must cancel, contact us as soon as possible. There will be no refunds 1 week prior to the event. If you cancel before this period you will receive 25% of the purchase price refunded, we will handle every cancellation request individually so it is imperative that you contact us as soon as you know you cannot make it.
